MORRISVILLE, N.C., November 24, 2021 – Myocardial Solutions, Inc.’s MyoStrain test was the subject of a presentation on new, innovative and rapid cardiac imaging software at the annual Spanish Society of Cardiothoracic Imaging (SEICAT, abbreviated in Spanish). The Congress is a medical-scientific association directed toward cardiothoracic imaging with over 250 people attending the meeting.

Eliseo Vañó Galván, MD, who is the influential head of cardiac imaging at the Hospital Nuestra Señora del Rosario in Madrid, introduced MyoStrain by talking about his own experience with the test. He explained the importance of MyoStrain over the competition, talked to the ease and speed of the test, and gave three case study examples of why MyoStrain was an important new CMR tool for finding subclinical dysfunction and initiating proactive and preventative care. The presentation was well received with a high degree of interest.

In fact, Dr. Vañó and Dr. Zamorano, head of cardiology at Hospital Ramon y Cajal as well as the Vice President of The European Society of Cardiology, have initiated a MyoStrain Summit to introduce this important new imaging solution to invited cardiologists, hospital administrators, insurance companies and cancer centers.

The full presentation can be downloaded here in English, and here in the original Spanish.
